Christmas:  For Christmas we have extended our return period so you can return purchases made between 12 November and 24 December 2025 until 23 January 2026.

We hope you’re happy with your purchase – if not, you’re welcome to return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

For ParcelShop deliveries, the 14-day return period begins on the delivery date.

To exchange an item, simply return it and place a new order on our website.

Return costs are your responsibility. Please keep the receipt and tracking number as proof of return.
